Is anyone else testing out Bard? I have been for a bit and am now seeing a difference of far fewer/to no ads in regular google search results tied to that account vs search results for the same terms in other google accounts. Would love to know if anyone else is seeing this.

I have a suspicion they are stress testing SERP results too. There have been an increasing amount of complaints about ads taking over the entire “first page” of results and poor  user experience in general. There is no way they are rolling this out without thinking about next gen and revenue impacts.

There is also some real breadcrumbs to pickup on the search queries bard populates when you ask it to search Google. I have already found clients who turn up unexpectedly better and those who unexpectedly don’t based on the AI’s chosen path based off the specific query. Gonna point the SEOs on that tomorrow.
