Non-technical folks: What does it look like when you're "in the zone"? Developers will often point to being focused on a problem with nothing but a text editor, a terminal, and headphones. What's your equivalent? Describe it in as much detail as possible.

Highest impact in the zone work usually means lowest tech use. A sharpie, large color coded sticky notes, & blank walls. Mapping customer journeys, messaging, sequences & frequency. It gets put into tech later but nothing beats 4 empty walls for visualizing the journey, finding leaks, filling gaps & finding new levers.
