Job Alert: Operations Manager / Chief of Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Function as “Chief of Staff” for all operations and finance matters

Manage third-party accountants, closing of monthly reports, including cryptocurrency transactions.

Manage third-party payroll providers in various countries

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.

Oversee spend management, budgeting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Manage expense reporting processes and reimbursements.

Develop and manage onboard procedures for new team members.
Help the team with any administrative work required.

Requirements:

Must have worked in a similar role in a U.S. Inc./top-co for at least 2 years.

Startup experience. You must have worked in a company with <50 team members recently, and love the startup culture and grind
