Yesterday I made my own cheese. It’s pretty simple, but it’s not that tasty as in shop. Anyways, anyways.. One is with herbs, other one has more fat, then with less fat, and the top one is with chilli and garlic. Good for sandwiches, it’s ok.

Regular milk from the shop like 3% far maybe. I would love to try real cows milk but then I’ll have to drive some kms away from the city 😅🎭
