What does burned mean in this context? I honestly have no good grasp on that type of thing when it comes to NFTs

Ah ok so just like with coins then. Is there a special burn address to be used? 

Is there a point to burning your thing, is it just to clean up your wallet?

burned means I send the nft to a burn address, which makes me not the owner anymore and no one can own it because no one owns burn address

anything in a burn address is permanently out of circulation
