Who else uses hot-sauce as a wellness tool? We need to talk.

What if there was a hot sauce with more ingredients to promote wellness. Like ACV, Ginger, Tumeric and maybe others. Would you buy it?

Prob not. I might try it once but I won't buy it twice. I want a 🌶️ mash w a significant fermentation then filtered and cut w vinegar. 3 ingredients max. Organic preferred. No bs like gums. I put it on everything all the time and that helps me keep my diet clean.

I do the same. Can’t live without it. But was wondering why there hasn’t been hot-sauce designed for wellness.

Dude if you told me you have a wellness hot sauce made of chili ginger tumeric and acv I'd be so turned off. It's like saying you want to sell me a healthy vegan black bean burger.

This is great feedback. You think hot-sauce is a wellness product already? I associate the right image with good food - and the right image with good health.

Yes I eat w my eyes. But I also check the ingredients and if it's a big block of words I won't bother. I want to see minimal ingredients and I want fermentation. Then I'll look at the viscosity. If it's goopy I'm putting it back bc theyre omitting something and that's fucked. So yeah it can be inherently healthy. I've had all of those hs and I liked the jaguar hs bc it was hella aromatic. I also only bought those sauces bc I walked into a hedonist storefront in willyb. I never bought them again.

Good to know! I basically agree with all your points and do the same! Although goopy sauce could be from natural pectin or cellulose, right? Doesn't necessarily mean gums were added? I also agree with you that for me to buy a hot sauce again, it needs to be A. Good, B. Not have a bunch of BS in it, C. Be readily available everywhere I shop and eat.

Yes right Salsa verde comes to mind Also inherently healthy but not really front and center as a health item It's just good and I want it But from a glass bottle off the shelf from a whole foods not goopy is just better than goopy

It should be front and center as a health item! Especially if the marketing convinces more average Americans that they should want it!
