Some major updates to @nook 1. You can now filter any feed by power badge users only. Helps clean up all the spam. 2. You can now subscribe to push notifications for any feed. We will only send you notifications from power badge users for now. 3. Opt-in to personal notifications, again only from power badge users

Feeds are created by users, can include everyone if you want. We’ll add notifications from everyone later if people want it. But right now it’s a lot of spam.
