engagement farming via questions is totally ok

We’ve been through the “engagement farming” debate before when the network was small and the only incentive for asking questions was to get on the highlight tab.

However, there is also a risk that some people may only get involved for the financial reward and not out of interest or desire to contribute meaningfully.  Therefore, it is important to balance financial incentives with other elements that promote quality engagement, such as a reward system that is based on the quality of contributions, not just quantity.
