If someone has a high number of followers, I'd pay more for a recast for personal stuff

If a business wants to blast big and has $1000s to spend, they could select you as they select everyone else on the way down the list

so this like moxie system get paid every get recast ? or my recast get paid?

User journey: 

💡 A Farcaster user (caster) wants more attention on a cast

1. Caster opens the amps frame
2. Caster chooses other casters (castee's) who they want to recast a cast the caster has created. Castee's have already specified a dollar amount that each recast is worth (default is $3)
3. Caster confirms X # of castees recasting a cast for Y $
4. Castees are paid, 2.5% fee goes to Amps, Caster's cast automatically receives recasts from Castees the Caster paid
