Question for my easily distracted kin: how smart are your watches?

I sport a $10 Casio watch that does exactly as little as I need it to. Imagining an Apple Watch feels like a nightmare for me but maybe useful for others?

Galaxy watch 6. Recently bought.
Game changer.
Timer for everything. Just putting one on reminds me that there was something I wanted to do.

Reminder to move (really helpful to distract the nonsense flow of browsing without aim)

Calls. I had to mute my phone before, because I couldn't find a healthy balance between being notified and constantly being distracted, so I muted everything and couldn't be reached. Now it just works, because I see it on my wrist.

In general I pull out my phone less often and I am not as distracted.
