i’m now banned from walmart so i’m back in the garden 🤣 low impact, high energy! today’s warpcast workout has NO jumping/ squats but you’ll still feel the burn! 💥 low impact cardio 💥 1. high knee step backs 2. modified pushups 3. mountain marches 4. side step with arm raise 5. straight arm circles 30 seconds each 2/3 rounds with a 2 minute break in-between! make exercises 1,4 and 5 harder by adding dumbbells! as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions/feedback! 🎵 Wicked - Juls
