I have property and own a bit of crypto.
Best NFT for passive income is "Mutant Cats" (we have one member with almost the same PFP as you)
Best LP has been through a friend of mine who manages concentrated liquidity pools for a DAO we both put money in.

Books, music, and crypto are pretty good current passive income streams. You want something that needs little to no management,  draws income at above inflation levels, and preferably with the underlying asset increasing in value concurrently.

Property can be another but requires a capital investment of money instead of time, and isn't always entirely free of work. 

On a more figurative level, and not necessarily measuring the income in 
economic terms, YOU yourself can be a very good passive income stream.
