I wish I learned earlier about which signals indicated that a startup would likely be able to scale up, and HOW early to join when you're very young.

If I could go back, I would:
- Join at 30-100 employees, NOT &lt;30

imo optimize for 1/ the people you're working with and 2/ being as close as possible to the role you want, if you can't get it today

if you want to be a founder, that means either just being a founder or joining pre PMF. Very little you learn from a post PMF startup will help…
