i survived the hill sprints thanks for your thoughts and prayers 🤣 todays workout was: - intensive jumps ( 2 x 20m of bounding, hopping, lateral hops, backwards bounds, side skips, bunny jumps) - 6 x 80m hill sprints - mobility 4th session complete!!! ✅
