5.  Retroactive developer grants

Developers building useful things may not always find it easy to raise money. It may be a public good that doesn't fit a venture model or an app that is a little ahead of its time. 

Warpcast is going to run another retroactive rewards program for Q4. The aim will be to fund developers who are building things that people are using, but are constrained by a lack of funding.
