1/ Let’s Talk About Expectations in the DEGEN Community

As we continue building DEGEN together, I think it’s important to address something fundamental: what we should expect from one another.

Right now, DEGEN is one of the only platforms where someone can earn hundreds of dollars with almost no authentic engagement—just by reposting low-effort or spammy content. Platforms like Google Ads or Twitter would never allow that kind of behavior to be monetized, and it raises an important question for us as a community: why should we?

I fully agree with your statement. But the issue is too complex to simply ban people if they do some activity. For example, sharing without adding your value from one side looks spammy, but at the same time, it helps to spread quality content. So all this "spammy" patterns deserve some prior analysis.
