Reminds my how Kenya's government solves problem with green ares turning into deserted ones;

They're giving out seeds covered in some protection spheres with nutrients that melt when it rains and the very seed can get into the ground;

And that thing works - they give those balls to everyone who wants; mostly the children are the ones who spread seeds playing with a slingshot; or adults who drive by and throw it near the road
