this year i built /base-builds : 1. An agent that creates onchain leaderboards of top engagement drivers on X for a project/ idea /movement and autonomously rewards the top creators. why? there is a widespread perception that you got to know the who's who of a chain/foundation to get grants. while base flips it on it's head via retrospective grants, i wanted to build a truly onchain, verifiable flow by recording the contributions onchain and rewarding on merit without any human intervention. 2. got to be a part of the first onchainAI agent fellowship. 3. got charged up by the insane builder energy at the based around the world gathering in bangalore. 4. met some of the smartest and driven builders i have seen anywhere in the world in the FBI gang. thanks to @saxenasaheb for being so welcoming to me in the base ecosystem. look forward to building much more and collaborating with many of you in 2025.

I'm all for New years resolutions, If they give you the momentum to be your best self, even for just a month then absolutely take advantage of that energy. And when that initial burst of motivation starts to fade, don't fall into a victim mindset just reset and make it a February resolution, then a March resolution , and so on The key is to embrace every opportunity for self improvement, If the New Year gives you that extra push, use it. Never loose an advantage that drives you forward . Wo!! LFG!

another observation: i’m driven by a desire to understand, so i often questioned hype openly over time i saw what i consider intellectual honesty labeled as negativity, esp by people who would benefit from blind hype, so i stopped asking publicly but asking why or how isn’t negative, it’s how we get better

I worked on the creators product team at Meta, where we boiled down all creator needs into three foundational pillars: 1. Creation: Tools to bring ideas to life 2. Distribution: Reach and grow audiences 3. Earning: Monetize and rewards to incentivize I fought for a fourth pillar and got alignment to expand our framework. Any guesses on what it was?
