i went on a short cruise ride at Lake Biwa yesterday. the view was simply breathtaking, and weather was on point 💙 best part was there weren’t many people or tourists, those who came were mostly locals. it was one of the most calming and relaxing 90mins i had spent during this trip 🧘♀️

Did you get on the Michigan? Did you sing with them??? I knew all the words to Country Road (because American) and they brought me up to sing and k almost died but all the little old ladies cheered me on and bought me pancakes after!

yessss it was the Michigan cruise hahaha 😆 love country road, such a classic song! I didn’t sing with them loll, also they were speaking Japanese the whole time, I had no idea what’s happening but the old ladies seemed very happy with the lucky draw event 😂

I’m so glad you went! I’m clearly not Japanese and when they asked us to sing along, I did, and the rest is history. They were blown away that I knew this “small American song” and I tried to explain it’s a very famous wedding/karaoke song and every American knows it. Minds blown.
