Any idea where these new users are hanging out? It doesn't feel like there's another surge of them?

go to all channels or the recent tab of a busy channel and scroll till past first couple pages. oh boy is it scary. Generic AI posts like mad, plus usual spam. The pic below is from /dev; there's hundreds more there. zero clue how it's worth their time and costs, esp since they post in lots of pay-gated channels.
