random question — is the main use case for Farcaster/crypto culture adjacent tokens like DEGEN or Higher/Enjoy still tipping or are there other forms of utility going on?

especially curious as well to hear about the usage of the Degen L3, asking all these questions as someone who isn’t using these tokens extremely often

haven’t explore L3 so can’t comment on that. 

primary use-case remains tipping. would be our guess. 

usdc vs degen. the tip debits from your allowance and not your wallet. people have to work towards keeping and growing their allowance. 

tipping as a primitive though is interesting. People tip interesting casts, mundane casts, frens, and strangers. 

but have seen a few cases where artists accepted tips to airdrop art. for some crowdfunding or making good for folks who had their wallets drained. 

vaguely recall a few auctions maybe too.
