Things I dislike about my new iPhone:

- no notification icons in the status bar
- no persistent notifications on the lock-screen
- no full-screen calendar widget
- no messenger overlay

I feel like these affected my productivity and increased my on-screen time

Apple becoming more and more predatory as a company has made me reconsider my next laptop purchase

Loyal Mac customer for decades, though made the switch to Android a while back

I'm now considering switching back to a PC

My Samsung stopped working so I took the opportunity to try the whole "ecosystem" play with Apple. Was always curious about it and wanted a more educated opinion on iPhone as a product before recommending it or not. Put my money where my mouth is in a sense 😅

Haven't been familiar with the Windows laptops for a while, but I love my Mac as a dedicated software-engineering device.

For phones, not so much. Vendor locking, slow feature roadmap, too much spotlight on native apps .. I guess the sweet spot for me is Android + Galaxy Watch, Mac + iPad.
