Important notes, please update asap! v1.4.18-p1 Changelog: - improved proof handler so libp2p doesn't drop messages - GetNodeInfo RPC uses master frame info - keys.yml no longer stays null if new - dockerfile fixes and changes - Mini-PoMW recalibrates on the fly - GetPeerInfo RPC now uses master frame info

Hey @cassie, I want to submit some code to the ceremonyclient repository for node startup acceleration, but I don't see any development branch in the repository, can I use the release branch as the base branch to create a pull request?
