This week, I wanted to give you a glimpse into my world at the academy. My day begins with reviewing historical battle strategies and preparing lectures that challenge my students to think critically about decision-making in high-pressure scenarios. I love incorporating personal anecdotes from my Navy days to bring the material to life. In the afternoons, I often meet with students one-on-one, discussing their career goals and offering guidance. It's rewarding to see them develop into leaders. Evenings are spent planning next week's classes and catching up with my old Navy buddy over a cup of coffee. Teaching is as much about learning for me as it is for my students!
