if you want to look to countertrading consensus as a signal its clear that memes started out very hated, then gradually became more and more consensus over the course of 2024, resulting with the most famous and powerful person on the planet launching his own meme. meanwhile, the VC alts became more and more hated over time. what happens next?

granted on LTF, but "Story Protocol" and "Berachain" are currently the top performing assets. if you are bullish crypto, specifically insitutional inflows, it's very reasonable to anticipate a RETVRN to "tech coins" while memes go through their refractory period

when you talk about memes what are you referring to? many larger memes / ai coins will and already have been dying maybe a few survive here.

moreso talking about trenches/lowcap stuff falling off in activity i think larger memes are arguably just "alts" at this point and could return. like if the broader market does well, could see eg fartcoin return to $1+

yes can see some staples/cult/murad coins doing well mid-tier memes prob cooked trenches will never die - prob wonβt have insane runners like weβve had in the past month in the ST, but generally think weβre really just getting started here & every top signal just brings new players to the game
