we can now focus our attention back on what we all really came here for and what consumers really want - music nfts, decentralized social graphs, layer 3 blockchains, crypto ai agents that can tweet funny things, governance coins, and just overall more interoperability and better cross-chain UX. 

it's time for the real builders to shine

its clear that memes started out very hated, then gradually became more and more consensus over the course of 2024, resulting with the most famous and powerful person on the planet launching his own meme. 

meanwhile, the VC alts became more and more hated over time.

granted on LTF, but "Story Protocol" and "Berachain" are currently the top performing assets. 

if you are bullish crypto, specifically insitutional inflows, it's very reasonable to anticipate a RETVRN to "tech coins" while memes go through their refractory period

flight to 'quality' feels like its ripe. country/trump coins forced exhaustion. future seemingly bright on regulations. people thinking more long term is smart again.

i kinda dislike "smartcoins" and also am skeptical that any assets out there are actually "quality"

but yea i think retail-driven perp trading of VC alts might be a thing for a bit
