Pain point 1: 

- Crypto words 

 (new people have a hard time understanding what a lot of the tech is when they don’t need to, imagine if microwaves needed you to understand electromagnetic waves in order to use them) 

imo this is a bigger problem than most think

Language is super important 

As a TBI survivor - I’m hyper aware of how language shapes things

Simplifying language here is key

Also creating explainer videos is massive. Being able to make multiple sensory connections while learning new things
