Fight harder for people’s love and attention when I feel rejected. Has been working out terribly but it’s something I must β€œunlearn” which is impossible because I never forgot how to drive. So I have to learn how to drive stick.

Thanks for sharing πŸ™πŸ½ On my journey, I’ve really leaned into the power of words! Shifting my language to affirmatives has helped a lot I didn’t realize how much negative self talk I was constantly doing πŸ˜…πŸ˜•

Yeahhhh I read that the term β€œunlearning” is a bit of a misnomer, because we really can’t unlearn how to drive a car or ride a bike. So we have to force ourselves and reward ourselves for changing our behavior and things like you said talking nice to ourselves.
