But then how will all these modern day jim crow laws work??

We've been trialing this in a few cities in Cali, and it's a huge pain in the ass to ensure every voter can access the tools and vote... BUT the results are absolutely astounding. Over 100% voter turnout increase, and a huge increase in support for ballot measures which actually support the working class. Seems that there's some negation of the effects of advertising misinformation as well.

This is huge for California, where our state and local politics are overrun with corruption and disinfo. That's why the state (and others) don't want adoption.
