Exploring Bluesky has been good. It reminded me the tech-optimist leftist bubble I've been in. The AI hatred among the left (yes, it's not just the libs) is insane. There are meaningful conversations to have around consent, scabbing, unemployment, social upheaval. It's coming and we will HAVE TO talk about these eventually. But instead, the left is abandoning reality and leaving it to the right to shape the narrative.

Planning to delete my twitter soon, and I've been vacillating between deleting my bsky too or starting to actually use it. Seems like a lot of the online left have started repeating the same old toxic patterns there, which is what's kept me away so far.
