I’d love to hear suggestions! I’ve been doing a cup of peanuts in them for protein but this is a much better consistency.

Pb fit is also an option! But peanuts, and the pea protein in truvani, are not complete proteins. Pea is better than peanut by far, but is still incomplete. Pea protein is tasty, which is why they use it exclusively.. But it needs other plant proteins to be a complete supplement. You can just buy the protein powders and find the right mix for you instead of relying on someone else's mix (which is usually meant for "limited ingredient" (read: incomplete) marketing, not nutrition) Here's my mix: equal parts pea, rice, soy and hemp (not pictured) protein, with homemade choco/pb flavor (I add some hot cocoa mix in there too 😅). It's about the cost of 3 bags of truvani (even w/ supplements included), more nutritious and makes about 250 servings. And I can adjust the contents to my preferences too.

I don't neccesarily recommend these brands, and some are repacked into these containers. My preferred source is ingredion because their testing is very good and the bulk prices are very low. But I find that nutricost is always good quality too.

Very helpful! Thanks a ton! My smoothies are typically loaded with fruit (1 cup of Strawberries, blueberries & raspberries) but I’m always looking for ways to boost the fiber and protein content so I’ve been looking at other things to add. I’ll definitely check out your recommendations!
