1. Curiosity - insatiable interest in ANY topic [my job is to make the company’s topics interesting] 2. Respect - for each other, rather than the management. Without respect no hard discourse is possible 3. Transparency - how open this person is if enough safety is provided

The strongest frustration is caused by the body falling behind the mind. When the mind is sharp but the body can’t fulfill its wants.

Hugo. Stored on github. Triggered by push of new md file. Their CD (actions) then deploys it to another repo to which I have custom domain. Using it for years. Cost like $5/month. Works like a charm.

A decade ago, when Congress pushed for the $1 coin, one could buy coins from the national mint with a credit card while they didn’t charge the shipping cost. I open 57 credit cards, bought $3k worth of coins each, deposited them in my bank, paid the cards, converted points to miles. Ended up with 9.7M miles on Unite

Eating, drinking, skiing, … For instance, the whole 2020 I only eat meat after 5 years if being vegetarian. Next year I am not watching videos of any kind. Etc.

I can tell how my run will be the night before. After so many years of running I can tell almost anything about my body.

485 consecutive days of at least 1,000 active calories burned in a day. There are days where I run in spot minutes before midnight to burn 9 more calories. https://i.imgur.com/rAWmFXW.jpg
