Today I’m celebrating 8 uninterrupted years of running. 2,924 days of at least 2 miles a day. I have ran total of 12,281 miles with daily average of 4.2 mile. This was by far the hardest year. I’m not sure I have another in me anymore.

I can tell how my run will be the night before. After so many years of running I can tell almost anything about my body.
