I dislike so many things about Europe but the micromobility is incredible. Every city I visited has never ending streams of people on bikes, scooters, motorcycles, etc. and that at the top of functioning public transportation.

I so wish that US cities embraced it more.

Yeah I've been giving a lot of thoughts about it. At the end of the day I think people in the US like owning stuff. You can't own public transportation.

That’s a pretty good observation. But one can own their own bike? In fact the high end ones cost like a car.

I honestly just want walkable cities. All I care about.
