Observations:

- I’m in a bit of a writing slump
- Feeling mentally exhausted (first week of new job) surprisingly drove me to spend energy working out
- I don’t seem to read unless I have a book I’m actively working on

Tough week – completely forgot about the board for a few days despite the prominence in my bedroom/office

Kinda surprised I didn’t end up meditating for how stressful it was
