Telegram video chat is out-of-the-box for all TG users, you can even adjust volume for every participant individually if they're too loud/too quiet. not sure why people still use this crap called zoom, which was the worst app from the start. The only reason it got adopted by majorities is their free access without registration and timely marketing during covid about that
