A little note about the 91%: what if category 1 was not to be interpreted as spammy, but rather undecided? Also, if the sample was already selected from the spammiest half of the user base, it makes a big difference. Just my 2 cents though, @warpcast would know best how to calculate the percentage imo...

There are 400,000 accounts that are unlabeled because Warpcast doesn’t have enough information on them.
