TLDR: +500k DEGEN of the 4.5M total is lost per day due to over-staking. See Dune query below. 👇🏼

Currently if you stake more DEGEN than is needed for a 10k allowance the excess allowance is still allocated to you. You are just not able to tip it so these DEGEN are lost.

A better way would be to distribute these excess $DEGEN to the stakers who have <10k allowances.

Since some over-stake Degen, part of the tip allowance pool becomes unavailable to everyone. Any ideas on a fair way to distribute those locked tip allowances to both over-stakers and other users? Someone staking a few million Degen should get some perks. We’d love to hear your thoughts!

No offense @jacek, but this is getting out of hand. What kind of perks? It was stated that 10k is the max allo.

Either make a regular staking thing with actual yield, or leave it as it is (allocation is the "yield"). Anything else just chases away everyone but whales. 

Or have the option to descrease the lock time or the lock amount.
