Anyone read this? Just picked up a copy to see if I can improve myself a bit. 

Unmedicated ADHD - along with some other mental/physical issues from military life - leave me pretty unorganized and often procrastinating. 

I know just reading a book won’t solve it all and I’ll still have to take a lot of action, but it’s a start.

They have a double meaning too, the obvious being poker used to be a huge part of my life, and the other that heart ❤️ is fitting with the positive/happy/heaven style of my left sleeve, and the Ace of Spades ♠️ is the “Devil’s card” which goes so the the all black evil/demonic/hell stuff on my right sleeve 😊
