Today's workout: - Bench press - Pull-ups - Bent over row - French press - Squats - Dumbbell arm curls - Side raises - Shoulder press - Rear raises I have been doing this 100 minute workout twice every 5 days

I go to a nearby hot spring, there are only elderly people😂 I don't have any friends in the area where I live now, so I just go to the gym and train.
