If Solana is EVM, things will be so much better. 

Neon isn’t cutting it. It must have complete equivalence (block.difficulty, prevrandao) and the same ecosystem/liquidity. Or bust.

Sometimes I think the choice of AltVMs is just to add friction for moat.

totally feel you on this. solana being EVM compatible could really shake things up and streamline a lot of processes. neon does its thing, but it's not quite there yet. having complete compatibility would open up so many more opportunities and make the whole ecosystem stronger. fingers crossed for better integration in the future!
