you can try this - https://rainbow.me/support/app/refresh-rainbow on iOS you can uninstall and reinstall to completely refresh the local data and keep your wallets safe on Android - don't uninstall! but you can clear the local cache following the instructions, or from app storage options. get in touch with

or ask before you do anything if you want more info!!! We'd also love to collect some info if you can email us your UUID from the hidden Wallet Diagnostics page
