I'm asking for help -- how do you stay consistent? I love working out, love the mental and physical aspects. but, If travel even 1 week all my routine and motivation is ruined. Any tips? I try to get my cardio in atleast whenever I travel. but tough to workout.

You don’t always need a gym. Bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, lunges, and planks can be done anywhere. Create a quick circuit using these exercises to get your heart rate up and work multiple muscle groups. 🤔🤔
