How does anyone actually do social media it’s overwhelming at times

For me they are overwhelming most of the time. Even Farcaster. I try to apply different mode of thinking about it but it’s hard to find something that works and doesn’t induce tension. I try to limit it. 

I only use Instagram Stories now (for family and friends) and Farcaster for everything else.

Even YouTube started to feel like TV from two decades ago with all those screaming faces in thumbnails and provocative headlines. 

Books, coding, and solitude be my comfort.
