Same thinking about helia here. Couple of months ago I wanted to build a ipfs-based ethereum-verified storage but decided not to.
Didn't want to learn deprecated js-ipfs and WIP helia ^^

I hope so. Protocol Labs is doing a great work. I just hope they don't end up like Cardano.

The rich rewrites on core libs going on right now good smells, eh? 

Feels like there's been enough lindy working with some of these low-level infrastructure pieces (EVM →  Veim, Helia →  IPFS) that it's well understood what "good" for an API/lib looks like.
