Day 6: Legs Workout

Warm-up (5-10 minutes)

1.⁠ ⁠Light cardio (treadmill, bike, or elliptical)
2.⁠ ⁠Dynamic stretching (leg swings, lunges, calf raises)

Legs Exercises:

1. Squats (3 sets, 8-12 reps)

•⁠  ⁠Stand with feet shoulder-width apart
•⁠  ⁠Lower body down, keeping back straight and knees behind toes
•⁠  ⁠Push through heels to return to standing

2. Leg Press (3 sets, 10-15 reps)

•⁠  ⁠Sit in leg press machine with feet shoulder-width apart
•⁠  ⁠Push platform away from you, extending legs
•⁠  ⁠Slowly lower platform back down

3. Lunges (3 sets, 10-15 reps per leg)

•⁠  ⁠Stand with feet together
•⁠  ⁠Take large step forward with one foot
•⁠  ⁠Lower body down, keeping back straight and front knee behind toes
•⁠  ⁠Push through front heel to return to standing
•⁠  ⁠Alternate legs
