When I read this, my first impression was “now I can _melt_ a Noun into $nouns”

To clarify, the only way to get $Nouns is to deposit a Noun into the contract, therefore supply is still restricted correct?

if we add this functionality, anyone can write a proposal to _melt_ one or more treasury Nouns and airdrop $nouns to a variety of new builders / fans — creating a new type of engagement method and potentially governance signal process.

Furthermore, it allows anyone with one or more Nouns to _melt_ theirs to be able to purchase items denominated in $nouns — or sell their $nouns if the market premium exists for the fungible asset.
