I think of it as a digital inventory of receipts, which is also a pen for signatures / approvals.

Thank you for asking me a question I was hoping no one would ask me :) Cause I don't know the answer. One way to approach it is to stick to the context of use. I like how DP described this wallet in German: Brieftasche (bag for stamps). I'd have liked to see that description spread across the whole thing.
