This was a shitpost but kinda real too — it’s the list of “worries” that create background anxiety (maybe it’s like food or bad sleep) and the list of “I believe my value is based on ____, where it includes list of external factors I don’t control but that I derive confidence from (eg could be parent or family related). Basically all the things that prevent me from just looking at the world as it is.
