On Work and Mission My indie consulting practice is focused on helping companies building this tech with narrative, GTM, and product. I'm focused on being the highest leverage partner a team can bring on to tackle the "most important thing" as it relates to narrative strategy. Meanwhile, I'm interested in developing a philosophy around what it means to be an "indie consultant" in the internet age (and leveraging these technologies), building on the work of people like @vgr and @tomcritchlow, and lessons that I've learned from people like @rafa. I think those two lines of work go hand in hand, and I'm excited to flesh out the latter in light of the former. Questions I'm thinking about: What are the daily outputs/cadences/habits that allow me to do that work in the most valuable, aligned way? What are novel ways I can structure my business and work to build wealth while better aligning incentives? What sorts of projects can I work on outside of "consulting for a startup" that align with the broader mission?
